Our Mission

Run for The Cross (RFC) is a faith-based fitness initiative, located in Montreal, Canada. Its mandate is to combine physical training and Christian theological fundamentals to empower Christians and call others to salvation.

Breath and scriptural meditation practices. Cultivate stillness in the body and mind. Learn to sit comfortably in meditation and prayer. Gain skills to deepen your devotional practices.

3 large towels OR a seat; warm clothing
Optional: jounral; bible.
Please arrive early:
The group leaves the meeting location at 4pm to walk to the practice space.

Physical practice incorporating breath and body awareness to increase strength, physical alignment, overall wellness and peace found in God.

3 large towels OR 1 mat and 2 towels; 1 belt/strap; warm clothing.
Please arrive early:
The group leaves the meeting location at 2pm to walk to the yoga space.
